The owner of Dick Jones Communications, a program counseling and national media relations firm, he serves colleges and universities, including Texas Christian University, the University of Denver, the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College, the University of Richmond, and Roanoke College. He has been the public relations director for four years at the University of Scranton, and worked in the news bureau of Penn State’s Department of Public Information and Relations for five years. 

Both Jeff Lewis and Dick Jones have been published in numerous professional journals and have ghostwritten articles for the New York Times, Washington Post, Christian Science Monitor, USA Today and the Wall Street Journal. Their clients have appeared in the aforementioned newspapers and also on CNN, CNNfn, ABC World News Tonight, C-SPAN, and National Public Radio.
